The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 4 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse process the orders, which can take up to an additional day.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5 - 8 days. With Majority of our products being stored locally in Sunshine Coast, Queensland you will receive your goods within 5 days of placing the order.
